PRE-production
Every great production starts with a solid plan. I turn ideas into something we can actually shoot, developing the concept, building the right crew, scouting locations, arranging casting, creating schedules and keeping an eye on the budget. Everything gets lined up before the cameras start rolling.
production
This is where the plan comes to life. On set, I keep the production moving and make sure everyone knows where they need to be and what needs to happen. I coordinate the crew, talent and locations, keep track of timing and solve whatever comes up along the way without losing sight of the creative vision.
post-production
The shoot might be wrapped, but the project isn’t. I stay involved throughout post-production, coordinating edits, feedback rounds and final adjustments. From the first cut to the final delivery, I make sure the project stays on track and the finished piece matches what we set out to create.
